MedOffice was designed to make data entry intuitive and easy. It incorporates help
wizards and utilizes a "point & click" interface throughout the program to prevent
guesswork and mistakes from happening. MedOffice guides the user step-by-step when
entering patient and insurance information. This way, all information needed to
file insurance claims is collected upfront, reducing greatly the possibility of
claim rejection based on missing data.

For example, the user interface makes it easy to collect and enter comprehensive
patient information in one form, as shown above. You can even create several insurance
accounts (or cases) for a single chart, such as a patient who has both a regular
account with a provider as well as an "car accident insurance" account or Worker's
Comp insurance case (which new regulations require to be stored together to avoid
duplicating a patient chart for confidentiality reasons). You can email patients
and others directly from within the application. You can scan in insurance cards,
picture IDs and other pertinent data which will show up right on the patient's chart.
You can quickly review a patient's insurance and personal balances from within the
patient chart... and much more!
